Dear Singers,

Brief notes today as I am away until Saturday and you'll be bursting to know what to practise for next week!

The two choirs are now sorted ready for the Sanctus. They balance well and we can begin work on this next week.  Absentees have been allocated to a choir (to balance numbers), so lookout for that on the registers next week

Peter Adcock kindly took everyone through the Libera  section from page 130, and it's really making good progress.

WHAT WE WILL DO ON 17.03.26

Start work on the Sanctus (p92).

PLEASE MARK YOUR PART ON THE SCORE!! This movement goes very fast (eventually), and there won't be a second to spare when turning the pages...
We will split into sectionals, then put together what's been covered. 

We will also revisit the opening, pages 1-16, and possibly the Agnus dei 

LOOKING AHEAD: 

• Something was said about cake next week.....

• There will be a Bring & Share Supper on 31.03 - A sign-up sheet will be available next week.

• The COME & SING VERDI REQUIEM workshop is on Saturday 18 April in the after noon at The Mint. Flyers will be available soon - please decide who you will be encouraging to come with you!
