Exeter Choral Society is a friendly non-auditioning, mixed-voice choir; we perform two concerts each year with professional soloists and musicians. We are a registered charity (number 1110060).
REHEARSALS
We rehearse in central Exeter at the Palace Gate Centre (South Street Baptist Church), Exeter EX1 1JA
on Tuesday evenings from September until May at 7.15 pm until 9.15 pm.
From Tuesday 9 January 2024 we are rehearsing for our Spring Concert on 11 May 2024. We will be performing The Creation by Joseph Haydn.

No auditions are necessary, but some sight reading ability is helpful. Membership is £50 per term (there is a small reduction for full-time students with a valid NUS card).
WINTER CONCERT 9 DECEMBER 2023
Join us for our concert performing Britten's A Ceremony of Carols - a beautiful collection of medieval English poems composed for mixed choir and harp, plus Bob Chilcott's On Christmas Night - a sequence of eight carols telling the Christmas Story.
