Rehearsals are held in St Mary Arches Church just off the High Street in Exeter from January to May and again from September to December. Concerts are held at St. James Church, Mount Pleasant Road, Exeter usually with soloists and a small stringed orchestra.New members are always made welcome and there are no auditions.

Works performed over the past years include   Messiah, Elijah,   Creation,   Haydn’s The Seasons, Mozart Coronation Mass and Solemn Vespers,  and a selection of smaller works including:  Fauré Requiem,  Hear my Prayer, Vivaldi - Gloria, Purcell - Come ye Sons of Art, etc

The object of the Society shall be to promote, improve, develop and maintain an appreciation of the art of music, in all its aspects by the presentation of public Concerts and by such other ways as the Society through its Committee shall determine

Friends of the Society

Friends to the Society are always welcome and for a minimum donation of £20 you can become one. It entitles you to a ticket for each concert and all social events that the Society holds.
